The author explores the intersection of the philosophy of science with a focus on ontological issues, approached through a phenomenological lens. Initially drawn to mathematical sciences, the author expanded their interest to natural, behavioral, and social sciences while maintaining a historical perspective. Influenced by Nicolai Hartmann, Herman Van Breda, and Alphonse De Waelhens, the journey led to an engagement with Husserl's phenomenology, eventually incorporating ideas from Merleau-Ponty.
