Determinants of Construction Project Success in India

Focusing on the construction industry in India, this study identifies and evaluates 55 attributes that influence project performance. It examines their impact on four key criteria: schedule, cost, quality, and dispute resolution. Utilizing a two-stage questionnaire survey, the research aims to provide guidelines for further studies and assist professionals in understanding critical factors affecting project outcomes. The findings offer valuable insights into both the success and failure aspects of construction projects.
