A Forgotten Evil

Set against the backdrop of the post-Civil War American West, the story follows Caleb Justin, an orphan with dreams of joining Sheridan's troops, and his friend Joshua Hart, a rugged runaway. Caleb's aspirations are dashed due to a foot injury, leaving him to navigate life alone on the dangerous prairie. As Joshua serves under Custer, Caleb's fate takes a dramatic turn when he is captured by Indians, leading to unexpected challenges and revelations that will alter his path.
