The study investigates the physiological changes in liver and kidney functions of albino mice infected with the metacercariae of Prohemistomum vivax, sourced from Nile fish. Key enzymes such as LDH, G6PDH, 6PGDH, ACP, and ALP were analyzed through electrophoresis before and after a four-week infection period.
