Zapped

As a citywide blackout engulfs Manhattan, tension rises for Regan and Jack Reilly. Jack, leading the NYPD Major Case Squad, investigates an art gallery burglary, while Regan aids her friend Kit, who faces danger from a disturbed colleague. Concurrently, actress Lorraine Lily, back from England, is desperate to reclaim items from a safe in the loft sold to the Reillys by her estranged husband, as those items threaten her career.
