Individual Global Mindsets

The book explores the significance of developing individual global mindsets among decision-makers in the context of an increasingly globalized economy. It highlights the factors that influence this development and the measures organizations can implement to foster it, based on insights from 13 expert interviews with international managers from Austrian companies. Findings reveal that most organizations prioritize global mindset development and provide training to enhance these cognitive abilities, emphasizing the shared responsibility of both managers and employees in cultivating a global perspective.
