Motivation in the classroom is crucial for learning Spanish as a Foreign Language, as explored through strategies employed by six teachers globally. The research highlights the adaptation of these strategies pre- and post-COVID-19, emphasizing the shift to virtual classrooms. Utilizing qualitative methods and surveys, the study reveals that effective teaching strategies are not one-size-fits-all but should be tailored to meet students' needs and contextual demands.
