Focusing on the prevalence of musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) among computer-using employees in Pokhara Lekhnath, this study reveals that a significant number of respondents reported symptoms, particularly in the back, neck, shoulder, and hip areas. The research identifies several risk factors associated with MSDs, including smoking, working hours, job satisfaction, preference for computer work, and job stress, all of which show significant correlations. Data was collected using a Nordic standardized questionnaire, emphasizing the need for awareness and preventive measures in occupational health.
