Riders of the Suwannee

Set in 1870s Florida, the story follows Tate Barkley, a man accustomed to trouble after a decade on the Western frontier. His plans to settle down are disrupted by confrontations with Big Bill Caton and his gang. However, everything changes when he encounters Eileen McClanahan, a determined widow struggling to maintain her home on the Gulf coast. As Tate navigates danger and new responsibilities, he must decide between continuing his restless journey or embracing a chance at a new life with Eileen and her children.
