Focusing on the challenges faced by trade unions, this work explores both internal divisions and external pressures that undermine their effectiveness in advocating for workers' rights. It delves into employer strategies aimed at diminishing union protest capabilities and examines how workers perceive their involvement in unions. Additionally, the study highlights adaptive strategies employed by workers, which often lead to fragmentation rather than unity, ultimately impacting their ability to negotiate for better working conditions.
