Manhattan Alien

A young doctor from India migrates to US to pursue American Dream. He finds the life in America is much different than what he had experienced in the rest of the world. He meets a young medical student and she becomes his Guru to live the American life. She turns him from a nerd into a smart-ass doctor. They get closer. There arises a dire situation that forces him to do something which he has not been able to - to open his heart and tell her what is in his mind.
