Trevor is thrilled to be dating Shannon, an exciting and attractive pharmaceutical representative for a successful weight-loss mediation. All is going well until he finds from a doctor friend that they are both dating pharmaceutical representatives from the same weight-loss company and that both women have the same name and birth date. Trevor enlists the help of Melanie, an old friend and a pharmaceutical representative for a competing weight-loss medication, in helping him discover who Shannon really is. Their investigation leads to Melanie being abducted by the criminal organization that sent Shannon to Phoenix. When Trevor travels to Mexico to try to rescue Melanie, he learns that the criminal organization is planning on contaminating the water in cities in the US with a drug that will make people more hungry and gain weight. This will lead to their buying more of criminal organization's weight-loss drug. Trevor must risk his life to save Melanie and to prevent the criminal organization from carrying out their nefarious plans.
