Tortured Justice, Guantanamo Bay

During his long career Rick Kammen was one of the premier death penalty lawyers in the United States. For ten years he led a teach of military and civilian lawyers representing an individual facing the death penalty at Guantanamo Bay. Tortured Justice: Guantanamo Bay is inspired by Kammen's experiences in those proceedings. After eighteen months of negotiations, various Governmental agencies approved publication of this of "fiction".
