The book has to do with impact of outsourcing on construction project. When the organisation involve in outsourcing, it helps to use what the organisation is lacking to restructure the organisation, thereby increasing their productivity in term of quality, cost and time. This has clearing shown in the conclusion that any organisation that involve in outsourcing in Nigeria have priority over their counterpart who do not involve in outsourcing. And that is why the expertirate contractor have give preference over the indigenous contractors because expertirate contractors are vast in outsourcing strategies.
