Have you ever wanted to lose weight and just be healthy again? As a Muslim woman I know how hard it is to lose weight especially if we are covering it under our abayas. It's almost as saying to ourselves, "Well no one can see it anyways, so I'm good." As if the abaya can hide it all. The problem isn't hiding our fat, the problem is how we feel. Whether we hide it or not, we don't feel good when we dress or undress. We see it. That's only the exterior. The most important issue is our health. Once we gain the weight everything begins to change. We start getting lethargic, we don't really want to do anything. We also start having health issues from diabetes, to heart problems to other issues that are all caused by over eating.
