Thus, in this context commercial banks need higher performances for their growth and sustainability. In this regard, the financial innovation of the banks put some more efforts to keep the banking sectors in a safer place to conduct the financial transaction between depositors and borrowers in the competitive market. Financial innovation in terms of internet banking, mobile banking and short message service (SMS) banking help to increase the good reputation and enlarge the profit of the Nepalese Commercial Banks. In addition, to generate the ample profit, good corporate governance practices are essential in an every organization. In fact, the structure of the corporate governance comprises of the Board of Directors, Management and Shareholders in a firm. It aims to protect shareholder's rights, enhance disclosure and transparency of overall financial activities of a company.
