This book is the product of the journey into a life committed to the relentless pursuit of excellence and the results this journey has produced in my personal and professional life. It’s my sincere and genuine desire to share these lessons with the world. As a global Leadership and Corporate trainer, my charge to instill in each member of my audience the hunger, passion, and respect for the process that excellence requires is my greatest joy and challenge. People are often unwilling to do the things necessary to achieve excellence. They look for shortcuts, ways to beat the system and lack a sense of accountability for their results. This book is about accomplishing all undertakings and day-to-day endeavors with excellence. It is about helping you blaze new trails, become the best version of yourself and develop a zero tolerance for mediocrity. It is about refusing to settle for less by constantly raising the standards and expectations for yourself and those you lead. Why aspire for more when your work is good enough?
