Nasib Baik: A Person of Good Fortune tells the story of George Sandosham - a distinguished legal personality in Singapore with a career spanning over three decades. From his formative years after moving from India to Singapore, flourishing as a young sportsman and meeting the love of his life to helping shape Singapore's legal and judiciary system, becoming the president of Singapore's exclusive Tanglin Club and celebrating his love affair with beer, George's colourful life and decorated career is an adventure not to be missed. George has borne witness to some of Singapore's most significant milestones - such as its independence in 1965 - and even swore in the first batch of national servicemen. He was involved in and presided over many cases of great public interest, and he served on the Criminal Law Advisory Committee for 12 years. In 1986, George was honoured with the Pingat Bakti Masyarakat (PBM) public service award for his contributions to society.
