This is a book about the Power, the Beauty & the Wisdom of Life. It touches profound topics such as 1) the fundamental flow of Life Force within and around us, 2) why and how the flow is contained and restrained, and 3) how to surrender ourselves to it and be moved beyond our character defense structures, into our full adult development potential. One of the main teachings of this entire process has to do with focusing on Life, and understanding that even the paralysis, the symptom and the disease are all Life- seeking movements. In this way we discover that what has become stagnant will move once again if we allow it. Health is paramount. The Essence is indestructible.
