Amateur sleuth Sloan Krause investigates a chilling mystery in the Bavarian village of Leavenworth, Washington, during winter. As she prepares the new guest rooms at Nitro, the brewery where she works, for the upcoming IceFest, she faces unexpected challenges. While a couple, Brad and Ali, enjoy their stay, a demanding quartet from Seattle arrives, creating tension. Despite their reservations, Sloan and her boss Garrett agree to accommodate the quarrelsome group. The final guest, Liv, unexpectedly seeks refuge from the snow but soon has a strange encounter with local mechanic Taylor, leading to suspicious interactions with the other guests. When Liv’s room is found vandalized, a hateful message appears on her car, and she mysteriously disappears, Sloan becomes determined to uncover the truth. With potential suspects all under Nitro's roof, she knows her friends and co-workers are at risk.
