Having a playful, precocious pup can be a challenge, but it's a challenge we happily rise to, for the unconditional love of our pets! Inspired by her own Chihuahua, Rascal, this first time children's book author draws on her own experience having a tiny puppy and two small daughters. Their amusement in those first days with a new puppy who had not yet learned a single command, lead to the tongue-in-cheek, mean dog moniker. He was, in fact, the sweetest boy in the world and we miss him every day!
