„New Horizons for the Role and Production of Services“ has been the theme for the RESER 2008 conference's call for paper. Cutting edge researchers from a variety of disciplines and from all over the world have contributed their latest findings to the conference. Topics range from the micro to the macro level, covering issues in the field of tertiarization of the economy and new dynamics of services, hybrid products & services, transforming business models and new approaches in the management of services, as well as new perspectives for services research.
