The development of a competitive sports culture is impossible without the appropriate organizational structures. As a rule, athletes wish to fulfil their competitive creativeness up to the highest sports performance. On the way to this goal, athletes encounter numerous factors and obstacles. Only few succeed in reaching the top, the level of the champions’ elite sports performance.
