Lockruf des Goldes

Set against the backdrop of the Yukon Territory during the 1893 Gold Rush, the story follows Elam Harnish, known as Burning Daylight, a successful gold miner who strikes it rich. As he evolves into a mine owner and savvy businessman, he faces the harsh realities of greed and cruelty in the corporate world of New York. Ultimately, disillusioned by this environment, he chooses to return to his roots alongside his former secretary, seeking a more meaningful existence.
